For this, every client has a small, settled care team: a main carer and a respite carer, who work in tandem. Our first priority is always your loved one's immediate safety and wellbeing. Our team assesses the situation straight away, makes sure your loved one is safe and supported, and begins arranging cover immediately, drawing first on the backup carers already identified for your package, and then on our wider pool of trained live-in carers. Our on-call team is available around the clock, so this applies at any hour, including evenings and weekends.
